1. Changes to Terms. These Terms, or any part thereof, may be modified by us, including the addition or removal of terms at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your use of the Websites after such posting shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions or deletions.
2. Termination & Changes of account & site features Fan Platform Limited retains the right, at its discretion and without notice: (i) Terminate or change a Customer's access to or use any of Fan Platform Limited's products; or (ii) Add, remove or change features available on Fan Platform. Fan Platform Limited will have reasonable efforts to provide reasonable advance notice of such changes.
3. Licensing When purchasing Fan Platform Limited software you are being granted the right to use the software for the pre-determined time frame. This right can be taken away from you at any time, subject to Fan Platform Limited's discretion. Fan Platform Limited reserves the right to retract your rights at any time, without needing to provide an explanation. You may be partially refunded for your service if this happens, whether or not this happens and the amount will be determined by Fan Platform Limited.
4. Use Of Data You grant the right for Fan Platform to collect all and any data as per the Privacy Policy to use for commercial reasons. You will not attempt to collect any royalties and you understand you have no rights to any royalties for the data collected from Fan Platform Limited software.
5. Fees & Payments You agree to pay the pre-determined amount to Fan Platform Limited for the pre-determined amount of time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, there are no credit terms and you agree to pay the full amount before you are authorized to use the software. If at any time your account is terminated, you will not be charged in the future, and a partial refund will only be given at Fan Platform Limited's discretion. If your account is limited, you will not be charged in the future for the services you have been limited to, and a partial refund will only be given at Fan Platform Limited's discretion. If you fail to pay your amount on time, Fan Platform Limited reserves the right to restrict your access to all and any software provided.
6. Legal You agree to only operate and use our products in ways that follow both the laws of the United Kingdom, and the laws of the country or countries that you operate in. If any laws are broken, you take full responsibility.
7. Downtime There is no guarenteed uptime of Fan Platform Limited's software. You are not entitled to a refund if Fan Platform Limited's software is down, nor if any of the depend platform (i.e. Facebook) is down. A full or partial refund may be given, but only at Fan Platform Limited's discretion. The refund amount will also be at Fan Platform Limited's discretion.
