1. Changes to Privacy Policy. These Policies, or any part thereof, may be modified by us, including the addition or removal of policies at any time, and such modifications, additions or deletions will be effective immediately upon posting. Your use of the Websites after such posting shall be deemed to constitute acceptance by you of such modifications, additions or deletions.

2. Google Analytics Fan Platform Limited uses Google Analytics to track usage on http://fanplatform.co and it's subdirectories in order to improve the website. This information may be shared but only as anonymous data.

3. Customer Data. Customer refers to the person or company purchasing the software and or contacting Fan Platform Limited. Data such as name and contact details will be collected and stored in order to communicate with you customers in the future. This data will not be sold to anyone. Marketing communication will only be made if the customer has chosen to hear from it via an opt-in method. Customers have the ability to unsubscribe from marketing communications very easily. When registering an account, the registering information including, but not limited to email address, full name, phone number and an encrypted password will be stored in a secure database in order to process future communication and authenticate the customer's account. This data may be disclosed if Fan Platform Limited is legally required to under British Law.

4. Marketing & Communication Contact methods including, but not limited to email and phone numbers can and will only be collected and stored for marketing purposes where explicit permission has been given via an opt-in method. All marketing and communication processed through Fan Platform Limited will include an easy to see opt-out method. Fan Platform Limited will strive to process all opt-out requests within 24 hours of the request being sent. If a customer or user has opted out or has not opted in they will not recieve any marketing communications. However, the information they provide may still be used to contact the individual for non-marketing related information, such as a change to terms & conditions, a forgotten password request or any other notification deemed important enough by Fan Platform Limited to contact the individual.

5. Youtube Authorization Signing in through Google oauth is essential to automate video uploads, and video manipulation. Upload authorization is a required scope for start to finish video automation. This access can be revoked at any time within your Google account settings, or alternatively by contacting us.
